Inkwazi Engineering supplies machined and fabricated parts / components to a variety of clients such as multi nationals and regional engineering companies. Facilities Overview
- 4 500m2 Site, 2 600m2 undercover workshops.
- Overhead gantry cranes throughout.
- Comprehensively equipped machine and fabrication shop.
- Nine standard lathes from 2m to 6.5m between centres.
- Vertical and horizontal boring mills up to 2m diameter .
- Union floor borer with extended tables and full digital read out.
- Shaping and slotting machines – large capacity.
- Drilling and grinding machines.
- Eight gear and spline cutting machines.
- Six CNC machines with CAD/CAM integration.
- Non Destructive Testing with inspection methods such as magnetic particle, ultrasonic, hydraulic pressure testing, liquid penetrant and radiography.
- Stress relieving through heat treatment or vibration.
With a dedicated fabrication workshop, we are fully capable of manufacturing and assembling large product builds or smaller sub-assemblies to customer specification. We also provide sandblasting, corrosion protection (painting / galvanizing) as well as ceramic coatings/ rubber lining.
Horizontal, vertical CNC machining centres and over 30 years of engineering experience allows us to offer a world class competitive service for all your machining requirements, delivering high volume, quick response and quality engineered products at competitive pricing.
Full conventional milling and lathe workstations, which includes vertical boring and full tool room facilities, allow us to complete simple or complex machining requirements using a wide range of materials and specialized steel.
